What is the game’s killer feature?
I would go with “choice”. I can play the game solo or in a group. I can PvE or PvP or both. I can switch skills to dramatically change my play style. There is grind in the game but it’s mostly optional. I can play in Normal Mode for a casual gaming experience or in Hard Mode for a challenge.
